    Hi, I’m Christina!

My coparenting journey began 4 years ago when I got divorced when my son was just 1.5 years old. I learned very quickly that going back and forth between two homes was extremely difficult for him (and for me!)

Some days, he would come home excited. Other times, he was moody, cranky, or completely shut down. I never knew what I was walking into, and honestly, I felt like I was failing.

Through trial and error, research, experience, and tapping into my neuroscience education, I learned exactly what makes transitions hard for our kids and I figured out how to fix it.

I realized that a smooth transition has little to do with how well you get along with your co-parent and everything to do with what happens inside your own home.

Once I discovered the simple steps that actually make the back and forth easier, everything changed.

My son quickly started adjusting so much faster when he came home, our home started to feel more peaceful, and we were able to spend way more time connecting and enjoying our time together before he's off to his dad's again.

Now, I want to teach you what took me years to figure out, so you don’t have to go through the same trial and error!

    xoxo
